Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Divine Aura Jewels, we take pride in the quality of our artificial jewellery. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Window

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and invoice

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Earrings

• Nose pins

• Any product explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

• Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)

4. Minor Variations Disclaimer (Important)

• Minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

• Such minor variations are natural in artificial jewellery and are NOT eligible for return or refund.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only once per order and subject to product availability.

• Customers may exchange a product for:

  • The same product (replacement), or

  • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer)

• Exchange requests must meet all return conditions mentioned above.

6. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Cost Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
